Appointments. To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. To make an appointment, call us at 651-224-3038.

Emergency cases receive top priority, causing occasional delays to other appointments. We do make a sincere attempt to see each client and patient on time, and we apologize for delays.

Drop-off appointments are available for your convenience. This means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we ask that you drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to discuss diagnosis and aftercare.

Safety. Animals often feel uneasy in new surroundings. For everyone's safety, all dogs should be leashed and in control while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Cats should be presented in a cat carrier or on a leash.

Vaccinations. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that vaccinations be up to date.
